1. Definitions

88rk accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through various payment methods including local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. Attempting to deposit from accounts not in your name may result in account suspension and investigation for money laundering.

88rk does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment service.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be processed to payment accounts registered in your name and only after successful completion of KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 100,000, subject to change. Withdrawal processing times range from 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and time of request.

We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals or if we detect unusual activity. 7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to 88rk's sports betting rules and the specific rules of each sport. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports authority. In cases of abandoned, postponed, or canceled events, bets will be voided or settled according to our sports betting rules, which may vary by sport and market.

We reserve the right to void bets or limit betting activity if we suspect match-fixing, insider information abuse, arbitrage betting across platforms, or other forms of betting manipulation. 10. Limitations of Liability

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. You should only wager amounts you can afford to lose. 88rk is an entertainment platform, not an income source or investment opportunity.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

88rk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance. Accounts closed voluntarily can be reopened after a minimum 7-day cooling-off period by contacting support, except for self-exclusion accounts which remain closed for the duration specified.
